📦 Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time & Tracking
Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please keep an eye on your inbox.

Shipping Times (after processing):

  • USA: 7–12 business days

  • UK: 15–30 business days

  • Australia & Canada: 10–30 business days

  • Western Europe: 10–30 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–40 business days

Packaging Note
Some items may be shipped separately due to warehouse logistics. If you receive part of your order first, the rest is on its way.


🔁 Refunds & Replacements

We’re committed to your satisfaction. While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we gladly offer free replacements if your order meets the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, broken, or defective

  • Your parcel was lost in transit

📌 Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a faulty item.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect address input at checkout

Fountelle™ is not responsible for lost or misrouted packages caused by incorrect shipping details. Please double-check your information before placing your order.


Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
If the order has already been processed, only a partial refund may be issued.

📦 Why did I receive only one item?

If you ordered multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses.
It’s completely normal to receive them in separate packages. Don’t worry — the rest is on the way!


📧 I didn’t receive my confirmation email.

Double-check that your email address is correct.
Also, please look in your Spam or Promotions folder — sometimes messages get filtered there.


🚫 No shipping methods available?

Some free promotional items are limited to 1 per customer. If you’re seeing this message, try reducing the quantity in your cart or placing a separate order for additional free items.
